Individual Runner Achievements for 2018

03 Jan 2019

In short, running is an individual sport and running is a team sport. Yeah that's not not so short but is a fitting description. At the end of the day, a PB belongs to an individual runner. The same with an endorsement, invitation and a medal. So, it takes a well oiled training group to produce a good runner but each runner has to account for themselves at the end of it all.

He is an account of each or the runners at the Hendrick Ramaala Sport Foundation for the 2018 season.
