Precious Mashele continues with his winning ways, taking the Hollywoodbets Durban Summer 10km this morning in 28:12.

Nico Seoposengwe was 4th in 28:45 and Kabelo Seboko 11th in 29:55.

New kid on the block, Chris Mhlanga outpaced a strong field at the Spar Thembisa Mile 10km and won in 30:14.
