The season has been good so far for the Zoo Lake Training Group, with Precious Mashele running a PB in the 5000m (13:18) and Kabelo Seboko winning 3 out 3 Cga Cross country leagues in the 10km. Ntshindiso (Tata) is still going strong, finishing 2nd and 3rd in two Cga Cross country leagues few weeks after his 3rd place in the Nedbank Runified 50km. Nico finished 3rd and 5th in 2 Cga Cross country leagues and Dylan 6th in one league. Jacob Malefo ran a PB of 2h18 at the Retail Capital Langa Marathon Challenge. Maxi started his European tour with a win in the 1500m in the time of 3:45 in Holland while our lady Farida won the 10km Cga Cross country league in Boksburg. Desmond is preparing for the Olympic Marathon. The sky is the limit.
