Mashele wins 10kms ahead of next month's SA 21k championships
A good day for our boys at CGA XC league meeting at Delta Park with Precious Mashele winning the 4km and Maxime Chaumeton finishing 4th.
Tshepiso Kati came in 5th in the senior men 10km.

King of SA cross country and 10km Precious Mashele is now King of the 5000m
This is after winning the 5000m(14:05 altitude) at the SA Track and Field 5000m today in Germiston. Desmond Mokgobu finished 3rd. Maxime Chaumeton ran a PB of 3:51 in the 1500m.

National champion Precious Mashele delivered the best individual performance of the overall South African team at the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Aarhus, Denmark on Saturday.
